V FOR DEFEAT

By Phil Roberts

Albo tried to defeat democracy

With the evil, racist voice,

He lied, cheated, defamed us,

Cried when we made our choice:

Because we chose democracy

And rejected V for defeat,

In his black apartheid reign

He wanted a black elite.

By the people, for the people,

Through the people's what we need,

But Albanese wanted less for us

He wanted our hearts to bleed:

Bleed for better, fairer times

Before Albanese took to power,

Back when people still had dreams

Before Labor made it all turn sour.

They always favoured minority rule

Power to the people, isn't their thing,

They wanted a form of black apartheid

That would have had a fatal sting.

Equality's not for Albanese

He wanted black power to rule,

But on referendum day we were smart

And not, as he hoped, bloody fools.

Government should be for all

Not just for three-point four percent,

But with politicians so corrupt

Our tax dollars were poorly spent.

The Voice spelt only defeat

For almost all Australians,

But we showed Albanese the truth:

Democracy is yet undone!
